We have been an established general building company since 2000. We are a trustworthy and reliable family business, that offer a variety of services and build lasting relationships with our clients. As a family business we understand the importance of expenditure, and can ensure that we deliver good value for money, and affordable prices to suit all. We have built relationships with other trade professionals and designers, to ensure that we can offer you an all-round service. In addition to this, with the experience we have gained across the 18 years we have operated as Hutton Building Services; and the huge range of both constructional and landscaping jobs we have carried out, we are confident that we can make your vision possible, no matter how big or small.

HOW WE WORK
Step 1 – Upon contacting HBS, we will arrange an appropriate time for the company director to visit you. During the visit, we will discuss the work required and evaluate the location. As a result of this the director will compile a detailed list, and we will then produce and provide you a quote within 7-14 business days.

Step 2 – If you accept the quotation provided, we can arrange a second site visit to agree a payment plan, schedule of works and discuss any additional requirements. Once this has been agreed, we will provide you with a start date and commence with the job.

Hutton Building Services is managed by our two Directors - James and Deborah Hutton. Behind them is a large team made up of two of their sons, and several highly skilled contractors.

Meet Husband and Wife James and Debbie, who set up Hutton Building services in 2000 and have grown the business between them since; with the help of a team that they have taught and created. Each member of Hutton Building Services has been chosen because of their reliable nature, vast potential and variety of skills.

James has over 30 years of experience in this industry, and specialises in Stonework and Brick-laying. James has taught several Tradesman within HBS and has passed on his knowledge and work ethic.
